At his star-studded 50th birthday celebration in Lagos, legendary Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, enjoyed warm tributes from fans, music colleagues, and family. But one moment stood out and got people talking — his mother-in-law, Philomena Osawaru, playfully urged him and his wife Natasha to start a family soon. 

While celebrating 2Baba’s milestone, Mrs Osawaru expressed pride in having 2Baba as her son-in-law. She praised his youthful appearance, saying that at 50 he still looks like he is 25. Amidst the claps and laughs she made a light-hearted request: “By the time we come next, we will see the baby crawling around.” Her comment was met with cheers from those at the event.
