A video of Manchester City’s latest signee, Omar Marmoush, sharing some personal information about himself at his first interview as a Cityzen has gone viral.
During the viral interview, Marmoush was asked who his favourite artist/musician was. The footballer’s response as he named a Nigerian singer has gone viral.
Marmoush, an Egyptian forward who signed for Manchester City from German club Eintracht Frankfurt, named Grammy-winning Nigerian star Damini Ogulu Burna Boy as his favourite musician in an interview shared on his new club’s social media timeline.
The interviewer asked,
“Who is your favourite musician?”
Marmoush replied,
“Burna Boy.”
