Winner of BBNaija season 5 lockdown edition Laycon has been installed as the Akeweje Odo of Ipokia kingdom, Ogun State.

The chieftaincy title was conferred unto him on Sunday by the Onipokia of Ipokia, Oba Yisa Adesola Olaniyan, at the 2021 Opo Day celebration held at the District High School.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Onipokia stated emphatically that Laycon is an indigene and has also excelled in all aspects of life ie. he has been a role model to the youth and also a big inspiration to them therefore he ought to be celebrated.

He continued to shower praises on the rapper as he bestowed the title upon him.
