American YouTuber and livestream star IShowSpeed, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr., has revealed that his next tour will kick off in March 2026. The announcement comes shortly after he wrapped up a highly publicised Africa livestream tour that captured global attention and showcased the continent’s diversity and cultures.

Fans around the world have been watching the content creator’s international movement closely, and his plans for a new tour this March have ignited fresh excitement among his growing global audience.
IShowSpeed’s recent Africa tour, titled “Speed Does Africa”, began on December 29, 2025, and spanned nearly 28 days across around 20 countries on the continent. His journey took him through Southern, Eastern, and North African nations, with stops in countries such as Angola, South Africa, Mozambique, Senegal, Nigeria, and Ghana. Along the way, he engaged with local cultures, tasted regional foods, participated in traditional activities, and livestreamed the experience for millions of viewers.
The tour drew widespread interest from fans and media alike, with thousands turning out in various cities to see him and follow his streams online. Stops in Nigeria were especially notable, where he marked both his 21st birthday and the milestone of surpassing 50 million subscribers on YouTube during a live stream from the streets of Lagos.
In Ghana, his arrival in Accra was celebrated with a hero’s welcome that included local motorcycle clubs and fan gatherings, and he participated in cultural showcases hosted by the Ghana Tourism Authority.

While some critics questioned aspects of the tour, including how local creators were included, IShowSpeed clarified that his focus was on exploring and celebrating African culture rather than seeking collaborations.
His Africa tour also sparked conversations about representation and the global creator economy, with supporters praising the attention brought to the many unique traditions, foods, and communities he featured online.
After closing out the Africa leg of his travels, IShowSpeed confirmed that his next tour will begin in March 2026, although specific locations and route details have not yet been fully disclosed. The announcement occurred as fans were discussing the conclusion of “Speed Does Africa,” with some online supporters calling for a part two of the African journey. During livestreams, Speed hinted that this first season was just the beginning and that more tours will follow.

March’s tour is expected to build on his international reach and livestreaming style, combining real-time travel content with on-site fan interactions in new regions. Observers say his ability to turn travel into immersive live entertainment has set a new precedent for social media creators, blending exploration with interactive performance.
IShowSpeed’s rise has been meteoric. In addition to the massive viewership he commands on YouTube and Twitch, he has previously toured extensively in the United States and other regions, building a reputation for high-energy content and spontaneous interactions with fans.
His Africa tour in late 2025 and early 2026 was also seen as a cultural exchange of sorts, with comments from Speed reflecting a newfound appreciation for the places he visited and the people he met along the way. In Botswana he noted that the experience had “opened his eyes” to the depth and diversity of African culture, a sentiment he echoed in several livestream sessions.
With the March tour on the horizon, audiences are now keenly watching for announcements on destinations and how Speed will continue to push the boundaries of livestream travel content.
