Ini Edo has set up a program to empower over a hundred thousand women across Africa in digital skills.

Ini Edo, was recently appointed as Special Assistant on Tourism Development by the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel and she has rolled out plans to reach a hundred thousand young women across Africa.

The Nollywood actress disclosed this at the maiden edition of a programme where she spoke with the beneficiaries of her philanthropy in Akwa Ibom.

The training is set to commence online and the participants will be awarded certificates at the end with tools to help them start a career in digital marketing.
