You can’t be the only strong one in your team; hence, you have to build the strength of your team mates. Here are the tips to do this:

Figure out said strength. Figure out those strengths. What is A good at, and how much better at it is he than B?

Assign each person to a position that allows them to fully utilize their strengths.

Break down the common goal to an individual functional part. Make sure they apply their strengths individually to bring a collective progress towards the team goal. All work together by working well apart.

Don’t be stingy with praise. Praise your team! Applaud every success, reward it appropriately too. Praise in public, chastise in private’. Corrections should be doled out in an effective manner. Criticisms should be constructive and not corrosive which can erode team respect and morale.
