Governor of Lagos State Sanwo-Olu has taken pragmatic steps to see to the punishment of police officers in Lagos who abused the human rights of citizens.

Governor Sanwo Olu took to his Twitter page to write a lenghty post about the names of the police officers implicated in the human abuse misconduct.

He wrote: Good morning Lagos,

The process of rebuilding Lagos and ending police brutality is ongoing.

And to show our commitment to the latter, here is a list of ongoing prosecution of police officers for offences related to the violation of human rights in Lagos.
