We announce with great heaviness the death of Andre Harrell, the Founder of Uptown Music whose death was first announced on Instagram Live by DJ D-Nice.

He died early this morning and several sources, including the Sky News have confirmed the age of the young music producer to be 59.

His fans, friends and family have also taken to Twitter to share various messages about his loss and also prayed that his soul rest in perfect peace. We pray that the soul of the deceased rest in perfect peace
