A former Inspector General of Police, Chief Sunday Adewusi has died.

Chief Adewusi who served as Inspector General of Police from 1981 to 1983 reportedly passed on at the National Hospital, Abuja last night.

Born in the Eggon Local Government area of Nassarawa state, Chief Adewusi died at 79.
