Mrs. Folorunso Alakija has been confirmed as the chairperson of WFM 91.7 annual Voice of Women Conference and Awards holding on Friday, the 9th of December 2016 by 10 a.m. at the prestigious Eko Hotels & Suites.
The conference and awards is a platform for meaningful dialogue on national development where experts come together to discuss, express opinions, share opinions and proffer solutions to topical issues with particular reference to the womenfolk in Nigeria.
The theme for this yearโs event is FACING OUR FUTURE โ TOGETHER and will focus on FATE โ Finance, Agriculture, Technology and Entertainment. The conference will be concluded with an award and dinner to recognize organizations and individuals who have been voices to the causes of women development in Nigeria.
WFM 91.7 is Nigeriaโs first & only women radio station. It was launched on December 17 2015 and designed to cater for women and their families and engages on issues of local, national and international importance to everyone.
