The Macallan, world-renowned single malt Scottish whisky brand, in partnership with TDA Group, hosted an exclusive whisky tasting event on October 20th, 2024 at the TDA Couture, Lekki, Lagos. An exclusive experience with a perfect blend of sophistication, luxury, and style. Hosting notable attendees including; TDA Group’s Managing Director, Oluwadamilare Aliu, and his wife, Moremi Aliu, CEO of Pink Perfection Accessories. They were joined by other distinguished guests like Dr Adenipekun Harmony, Lawyer and Creative Director of Harmonihie. 

The event illuminated the intricate craftsmanship behind The Macallan Classic Cut 2023, an exceptional whisky that combines sweeter, lighter aromas and flavours from ex-bourbon American oak casks with the depth and complexity of The Macallan’s signature sherry-seasoned European oak casks. The Macallan Classic Cut 2023 Edition is a meticulously crafted expression designed to tantalise the taste buds of discerning drinkers. Matured in a unique combination of sherry-seasoned oak casks, this single malt offers a complex and captivating flavour profile. 

Guests were treated to an immersive experience by The Macallan Brand Ambassador and Educator in Lagos, Daniel Atteh; who shared insights into the whisky’s nuanced production process and the unique richness of The Macallan expressions: The Macallan Double Cask 12Year Old, The Macallan Rare Cask , and The Macallan Classic Cut 2023—a whisky renowned for its evolving complexity and richness.
