Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, has informed his employees that they can continue working from home “forever.”

He sent out an email to the employees stating that they will be able to work from home forever. 

Understanding this option is not suitable for everyone, Dorsey is keeping the door open for those who wish to work within the traditional office structure. He’s leaving the decision to either work from home or at the office in the hands of his employees.

Twitter is the first tech company to make work from home permanent for its employees.
