Donald Trump And Bernie Sanders Triumph In New Hampshire

The race for the Republican and Democratic Presidential tickets are in full swing with the voting having moved from Iowa to New Hampshire.
The Iowa caucus vote proved tricky and unpredictable for the Republicans as Ted Cruz came out tops, beating Donald Trump by quite an appreciable margin.
Although Donald Trump was expected to take New Hampshire quite easily, third placed Marco Rubio led in the polls until a shambolic showing in the debates on Saturday.
Donald Trump made up for his disappointing showing in Iowa with a decisive victory in New Hampshire, Ohio Governor John Kasich unexpectedly came in second while former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, Texas Senator Ted Cruz and Florida Senator Marco Rubio are all vying for third place.

The Democrats are engaged in a two horse race, with former Secretary of state, Hillary Clinton and Senator Bernie Sanders going neck to neck. Hillary Clinton won the Iowa votes by the slimmest of margins but suffered a worrying defeat at New Hampshire.

With just about 90% of votes counted, Bernie Sanders has taken an unassailable lead which has climbed up to 20% i what will be worrying for Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Bernie Sanders told his supporters after the win, “What the people here have said is that given the enormous crises facing our country, it is just too late for the same old, same old establishment politics and establishment economics,”
