Following the allegations of rape against the popular musician, there have been several petitions signed against D’banj concerning his engagement deals with the United Nation, Heritage Bank and other organizations.

A TV host and executive producer, Vimbai Mutinhiri-Ekpenyong has disclosed on her Instagram page that an unnamed organization has disengaged with the musician over their events activities till he clears his name. Although there are speculations that the unnamed organization is Heritage Bank, this has not been confirmed yet.
