She looked slimmer than before and noted that she had been on a weight loss meal plan. The former reality star-turned-presenter asked her fans if they desired to know her meal plan.
The 29-year-old reality TV star also offered to give her fans tips on how she relocated from Lagos to the United Kingdom.
Tacha shares secret to her drastic weight loss
The entrepreneur’s slim body got diverse comments from netizens. While some people hailed her, others said they didn’t like her new look.
However, the content creator had a message in the caption of her video, which she noted was important in helping her achieve her new body.

She noted that consistency was key for anyone looking to go through the drastic weight loss she underwent.
In her words, Tacha said:
“Even after watching this, remember: CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Understand that, Lymphatic drainage massage with wooden therapy tools isnโt magicโitโs discipline. You have to do this EVERY morning, eat RIGHT, and hit the GYM. There are no shortcuts. Show up for yourself!”
