Everything We Know About ‘Grand Theft Auto VI’ Ahead of November Release

GTA VI PC Release Reportedly Targeting First Quarter of 2027

The GTA VI PC release could arrive during the first quarter of 2027, according to a recent report citing industry sources. GamesBeat reports that Rockstar Games plans to bring Grand Theft Auto VI to computers between January and March next year.

The report cites four sources familiar with Rockstar’s plans, although the company has not publicly confirmed a PC launch date. Currently, Rockstar lists PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S as the officially announced platforms for its highly anticipated game.

The console version of GTA VI is scheduled to launch November 19, 2026, according to Rockstar’s official website. If the reported window proves accurate, PC players could experience the game only months after its initial console release.

Such a schedule would mark a shorter wait than Grand Theft Auto V’s PC release, which followed its console debut considerably later. However, Rockstar has not announced PC system requirements, pricing, preorder details, or a specific release date for that version yet.

The GTA VI PC release speculation has sparked excitement among computer gamers eager to explore the game’s expansive fictional state. Players anticipate returning to Vice City, where protagonists Jason and Lucia navigate a criminal conspiracy throughout the fictional state of Leonida.

Rockstar’s previous releases often arrived on consoles before reaching computers, leaving PC audiences waiting for later versions of major titles.
