FourthMainland board appointments bring together leaders from media, business, energy, agriculture, technology and communications across Africa’s growing creative ecosystem. Media entrepreneur Chude Jideonwo founded FourthMainland to build an integrated African content ecosystem connecting storytelling, platforms, talent and audiences.
The newly appointed board includes Folake Soetan, Managing Director of Arahas Global Oilfield Services within Sahara Group’s operations. Doja Allen, Chief Executive Officer of Cardinal Broadcasting Limited, also joins the board alongside several prominent African business leaders.
Cardinal Broadcasting operates City 105.1 FM and 93.5 Area FM, strengthening FourthMainland’s board with extensive broadcasting industry experience. Colette Amaeshi, Managing Director of Pulse Ghana, Remi Ogunkayo, and Natasha Kofoworola Quist also join the newly appointed board.
Quist serves as Regional Director for West Africa at AGRA, bringing agricultural development experience alongside business and communications expertise. Meanwhile, the FourthMainland board will support partnerships, investment opportunities, audience growth and innovation across Africa’s evolving content ecosystem.
Jideonwo’s career spans journalism, television, digital media, film and entrepreneurship, reflecting his continued commitment to developing African media institutions. FourthMainland aims to create African stories with depth, ambition and global relevance while growing talent and connecting audiences across continents.
The company described the appointments as part of an “epic journey of African storytelling” as preparations continue for expansion. FourthMainland is positioning itself as an integrated home for African content, bringing people, platforms and capabilities together across multiple sectors.
