Seyi Vibez SWAGUU streams reached 9.24 million globally on Spotify during its opening day, marking a major debut for the Nigerian singer. Released on September 17, 2026, SWAGUU contains 14 tracks and features American rapper Quavo on the album’s title track.
Burna Boy serves as executive producer, adding another major Nigerian music name to Seyi Vibez’s latest album and creative direction. The project includes songs such as Volume, Diamonds, GTA, Melanin, GOD, Pansa, Ilome, Alafia, Back 2 U, and El Jaja.
Other tracks include Alubarika, Akpan Akpari, Oble, and the title track SWAGUU featuring Quavo, creating a diverse musical collection. Apple Music describes the album as a reflection of ambition, self-actualisation, love, legacy, and Seyi Vibez’s evolving global aspirations.
On Melanin, the singer celebrates romantic attraction, while Back 2 U explores efforts to reconnect with a lost relationship. Pansa embraces call-and-response elements, while El Jaja delivers street-pop energy that remains connected to Seyi Vibez’s established musical identity.
The album also draws from Yoruba lyricism, Fuji influences, Afropop, street-pop, and personal storytelling developed throughout his growing career. Beyond its global figure, SWAGUU recorded 7.73 million Spotify streams in Nigeria during its opening day.
That Nigerian figure placed the project fourth among the biggest opening-day album debuts in Nigeria’s Spotify history. Seyi Vibez has previously collaborated with Burna Boy, Olamide, Ayra Starr, Omah Lay, and Kizz Daniel across his expanding catalogue.
The singer has also spoken about taking his music internationally without abandoning the Nigerian identity that shaped his sound.
