Thirteen housemates face possible eviction from the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) ‘Show Ya Sef’ house this week after Tram became the Head of House (HoH) for week seven.
Tram won the HoH games on Monday evening. The victory gave him immunity from this week’s eviction.
After the games, Big Brother asked the housemates to gather in the lounge for the nomination process.
This week, Biggie changed the usual nomination format. Instead of asking housemates to name contestants they wanted to save, he asked them to search the house for red envelopes.
Keivo found the “safe or not” card during the search. Big Brother then gave Tram a choice.
As HoH, Tram had to decide whether to save Keivo or leave him at risk of eviction.
Tram chose to save Keivo.
Big Brother then announced that every other housemate was automatically up for eviction. As a result, 13 housemates now face possible eviction this week.
The nomination process came shortly after Big Brother disqualified Nomy from the 2026 season.
Biggie disqualified Nomy for repeatedly disobeying house instructions.
He cited her refusal to take her assigned bench and vest from the arena. Nomy had to serve as the week’s bench warmer after recording the poorest performance in the HoH games.
Big Brother said Nomy had received a reminder to take the items out of the arena. However, she “blatantly refused”.
The latest development leaves the 13 housemates waiting for the eviction show. The process will determine who stays in the competition and who leaves the house.
The 2026 BBNaija season premiered on July 26 with 24 housemates.
This year’s winner will receive a N160 million grand prize. It is the biggest prize in the reality show’s history since its debut in 2006.
