Pau Cubarsí is leading the race for the 2026 Golden Boy Award, ahead of Lamine Yamal and Yan Diomande in the latest standings.
Tuttosport has released the current voting standings ahead of the final round later this year.
Cubarsí is currently in first place after a strong year with Barcelona. The young defender has continued to impress with his calm play and maturity.

Yamal is second in the standings. However, the Barcelona winger cannot win the award this year because of the competition’s rules. Diomande is currently third in the voting. The Real Madrid forward is also among the leading young players in the race.
Cubarsí’s position puts him in a strong position ahead of the final voting round. He will now look to maintain his lead and claim the prestigious award later this year.
Tuttosport organises the Golden Boy Award. It is given to the best young footballer in Europe each year.
The final votes will decide who takes home the 2026 award.
