‘Children of Blood and Bone’ teaser has thrilled fans after Paramount Pictures unveiled the first official look at the highly anticipated fantasy epic. The teaser introduces an impressive ensemble featuring Ayra Starr, Damson Idris, Idris Elba, Viola Davis, Cynthia Erivo, and Thuso Mbedu together.
Director Gina Prince-Bythewood leads the ambitious adaptation of Tomi Adeyemi’s bestselling novel, bringing the Legacy of Orïsha trilogy to cinemas worldwide. The story follows Zélie, portrayed by Thuso Mbedu, as she fights alongside loyal allies to restore magic across the oppressed kingdom.
Inspired by West African Yoruba mythology, the film explores courage, sacrifice, identity, oppression, and hope through breathtaking fantasy storytelling and action. Viola Davis portrays the powerful warrior Mama Agba, while Idris Elba joins the cast in another major supporting role.
