Carole Radziwill is forced to address questions about her alleged connection to Jeffrey Epstein in the first trailer for Season 16 of The Real Housewives of New York City, bluntly responding: “No. You think I’m part of an international sex-trafficking ring?”

The trailer marks Radziwill’s return to the Bravo reality series after her last appearance in Season 10. One of the most talked-about moments in the preview sees her confronted over her name appearing in the Epstein files.

During a scene in the trailer, an unidentified person on the street spots Radziwill speaking with Erin Lichy and shouts: “She’s the one from the Epstein files!”

The comment prompts a discussion among the cast, with Sai de Silva asking Radziwill: “You never went to this island?” Radziwill immediately dismisses the suggestion, replying: “No. You think I’m part of an international sex-trafficking ring?”

Earlier this year, Radziwill addressed her past friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell during an interview with The New York Times. Reflecting on the relationship, she said: “Imagine knowing someone and even being friendly with them and then they turn out to be, like, a monster.” She added that she was friends with Maxwell for “five or six years” and “never knew Jeffrey Epstein.”

The Season 16 trailer also teases the return of Jessel Taank, Erin Lichy and Sai de Silva, alongside newcomers Daisy Toye, Erika Hammond and Hailey Glassman.

According to the official synopsis, the new season will follow the women as they navigate evolving friendships, resurfacing issues from the past and shifting loyalties.

The Real Housewives of New York City Season 16 premieres on September 8 on Bravo, with episodes available to stream the following day on Peacock.
