“Star Trek” is returning to San Diego Comic-Con with Hall H panels, fan screenings, exclusive merchandise, and immersive experiences. The franchise will also celebrate its 60th anniversary during the event.

‘Strange New Worlds’ Takes Centre Stage

Paramount+ and CBS Studios will host a Hall H panel for “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” on July 25. The panel will celebrate the show’s fourth season.

Cast members Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, and Paul Wesley will attend. Executive producers Akiva Goldsman, Henry Alonso Myers, and Alex Kurtzman will also join the discussion.

“Strange New Worlds” will receive its own physical SDCC badge. The design features the U.S.S. Enterprise above the San Diego Convention Centre. Fans can also find the artwork in the Official SDCC Digital Souvenir Book and on a limited-edition T-shirt.

60th Anniversary Celebration

A second Hall H panel will honour the 60th anniversary of “Star Trek.” The event will take place immediately after the “Strange New Worlds” panel.

The celebration will include a special introduction from Eugene “Rod” Roddenberry. Franchise stars Michael Dorn, Robert Picardo, Connor Trinneer, Cirroc Lofton, Doug Jones, Michelle Hurd, Jerry O’Connell, Christina Chong, Karim Diané, and George Takei are also expected to appear.

Screening and Fan Activities

Fans can attend the “Star Trek: The Collector Frontier” panel on July 23. Representatives from Paramount’s products and experiences team, the LEGO Group, and “Magic: The Gathering” will discuss franchise-inspired products and collaborations.

The franchise will also host a special screening of the first two episodes of Season 4 of “Strange New Worlds” on July 24 at the Balboa Theatre. The event will give fans an early look at Episode 2 before its release on Paramount+.

Attendees can also visit the Paramount+ booth on the convention floor. The booth will feature arcade-style games inspired by Paramount+ originals.

Outside the convention centre, fans can explore the Paramount+ Lodge, the “Star Trek: Boldly Built” activation, and the “Star Trek Fleet Command: 60 Years of Star Trek” archives experience. These attractions will offer themed displays, photo opportunities, virtual reality experiences, memorabilia, and exclusive giveaways.
