The first official trailer for the highly anticipated biopic Michael dropped on Thursday, sending waves of excitement through the global entertainment community. The film, which chronicles the life of the legendary Michael Jackson, is directed by Antoine Fuqua and stars his nephew, Jaafar Jackson, in the title role.

The teaser opens with Jackson in a studio alongside a portrayal of music producer Quincy Jones, while his 1982 hit “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’” plays in the background.
