What remains unverified
Some reports circulating online suggest more dramatic details: that multiple armed men attacked her home, that she may have jumped from a window or balcony, and that hospitals reportedly rejected her after she was injured. However none of those extra claims have been confirmed by credible news outlets as of now. Somtochukwuโs death has cast a shadow over Nigeriaโs media community.
