After eight remarkable years at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Kunle Falodun has announced his departure, stepping into a new role where his professional journey and spiritual calling meet. With extensive experience in sports media and general entertainment, Falodun is launching A House Of Faith Africa, described as the continentโs premier faith-driven entertainment ecosystem.ย
Falodunโs path before Sony involved important stops: at Optima Sports (also known as OSMI), where he helped build one of Africaโs influential sports media agencies. He was part of the teams attending big international events such as two European Cup Finals and two FIFA World Cups (including in Johannesburg and Rio de Janeiro). Then he joined Kwesรฉ TV where, as the first staff member of the Free TV team, he led business development. In 13 intense months he led efforts to launch channels and programming blocks in many African countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, Zambia, Lesotho, Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia, Cameroon, and South Africa.ย
At Sony, he grew the business across Africa, established enduring relationships, and launched initiatives that, by his own view, are shaping (or will continue shaping) the future of media on the continent. He expresses deep gratitude to everyone who was part of the journeyโfrom OSMI, Kwesรฉ, Sony, and all spaces before and in between.ย
A House Of Faith Africa: Intersection of Career and Calling

Falodunโs next move, A House Of Faith Africa, aims to be more than entertainment. It is a faith-based media ecosystem that produces, curates, and distributes Christian content for Africa and the global diaspora. Its mission includes telling stories of faith, hope, redemption, rooted in cultural authenticity and with high production standards.
As an ordained minister, Falodun says that faith has been a constant in his life, and this venture is where his calling and career finally converge. He quotes Psalm 68:11 (NKJV): โThe Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.โ He describes this as the boldest thing he has ever done, believing every sacrifice, every lesson and every late night have prepared him for this moment.
