On Sunday night, May 18, Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe was clearly moved during the screening of the much awaited movie My Mother Is a Witch.
Shortly after the screening, the film’s producer, Efe Irele, surprised her with a bouquet of flowers, which was a heartwarming moment.
Mercy Aigbe was taken aback by the thoughtful gesture and was moved to tears.
The actress, who stars in a lead role, shared the emotional highlight with her fans via social media, posting video clips of the surprise.

“This was tonight’s highlight for me. When your producer gives you flowers right after the premiere of her movie, you will know you did something right,” she captioned the post.
Mercy went on to express heartfelt gratitude to Efe Irele, praising her dedication and creative vision.
She also acknowledged director and writer Niyi Akinmolayan for his exceptional work on the project.
