Recently, Deji Adeyanju, the attorney for vocal social media critic Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, received recognition for his humanitarian work.
Adeyanju posted images from two different award ceremonies on his social media profile, where he was recognised for his contributions to humanity.
During the occasion, he was photographed addressing the crowd in one picture and getting a medal in another.
“Two different events where I was conferred with awards for service to humanity” he captioned the post, expressing gratitude for the recognition.

Meanwhile, Deji Adeyanju has also been in the spotlight due to his involvement in securing the release of his client, VeryDarkMan, from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
He revealed that Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Femi Falana played a behind-the-scenes role by making multiple calls to challenge the alleged unlawful detention.
This came after Adeyanju publicly called out Falana for his initial silence on the matter.

The lawyer also disclosed ongoing plans to pursue legal action against GTBank over their role in VeryDarkMan’s arrest.
