Outspoken Nigerian singer Oludipe Oluwasanmmi David, better known as Spyro has sparked mixed reactions online with his recent comments about his alleged celebrity crush Nengi Hampson.

Spyro recently reacted to Nengi’s post, where she revealed that she welcomed her baby girl in February.

The Who’s Your Guy crooner penned a note on his Instagram handle congratulating Nengi on the arrival of her baby. He said:
“The Angels definitely singing congratulations on this one.” The caption was accompanied by a TikTok clip of Nengi checking herself out in front of the camera while in a car.
Spyro’s post congratulating Nengi and sharing a video of her on his page stirred reactions from netizens. Some fans reacted to the clip, speculating that Spyro was the father of Nengi’s newborn baby.
The outspoken singer reacted to the speculations. His comments and how he reacted to the speculations have sparked further anger amongst netizens.
Spyro’s response to being Nengi’s baby daddy trends
In his response, Spryo described Nigerians as an ignorant set of people. He further noted that the ignorance of a large chunk of Nigerians is the reason why most of them are poor.
He also stated that this abject ignorance is the reason why rich people will continue to be rich and the poor will stay poor.
