“We are Born With Pain In our Destiny” – Priscilla Ojo Shares Powerful Message On International Women’s Day

Nigerian actress and reality star Priscilla Ojo shared a powerful message today to celebrate International Women’s Day.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Ojo applauded women all around the world, sharing tonnes of reasons why the female gender should be celebrated. The 24-year-old was quick to remind people about the travails of women around the world.

“Every woman has the right to not only independence but security, autonomy, economic empowerment, equality in politics and leadership and also the right to justice.”

Priscilla Ojo laments about the pains and injustices women face

The screen goddess was quick to remind viewers about the pains of women and the marginalisation that causes women to take a backseat in society.

We are born with pain in our destiny, from childbirth to menstrual pains and some breast cancer.”

Amidst the struggles, she added that women will always wear a smile no matter the situation. She further stated that today is a day to celebrate the resilience and strength of women worldwide.

Priscilla urges for the acknowledgement of women

The actress did not fail to tell people to always pay handsome recognition to women who dominate in their fields.

“Let us acknowledge the wins of women all over the world and give them their crowns when needed.”

Priscilla is the daughter of Nigerian superstar Iyabo Ojo and has decided to follow in her mother’s acting steps.

Ojo recently tied the knot with Tanzanian singer Juma Jux. The pair first met at an airport in Rwanda, where Juma missed his flight.

Recall that Priscy suffered backlash as Nigerians got curious to know if Priscilla Ojo has begun practising her new faith, Islam, after seeing her new post with her man, Juma Jux.
