A video of Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye rocking an unusual outfit to the famous Balogun market left many of her fans in awe of her audacity to try new things.
The film star took to her Instagram stories to share a couple of videos of how she masked her identity while she tried to strike a bargain with some of the traders she wanted to buy things from.
OSG recalls an interview granted by Bimbo Ademoye some years back where she revealed one of her biggest lows of being a celebrity.
She noted during the interview with Nosa Oke-Hortons that one of the things she misses the most about having a normal life is not being able to go to Balogun market.

It is no news that celebrities are robbed of experiencing normal things like being in public spaces and going to the market because of their star status, mostly because of how people treat them differently and sometimes try to take advantage of them.

Bimbo Ademoye found a way around her situation by covering her identity to the market. The Nollywood actress tapped inspiration from her Muslim roots by wearing a fully covered attire to the market.
Ademoye rocked a one-piece abaya which had a head covering attached to it. She also wore a black face mask in the video.
The actress’ disguise enabled her to haggle and move around freely at the market without disturbance from fans and business owners who might have recognised her.
In one of the clips, Bimbo Ademoye attached a caption explaining that she enjoyed hiding her face with a disguise while shopping at Balogun market. According to her, she would try it again.
