Two jobs at a time! Here is how you pull it of:
Checklist is your friend. This is how you keep track of what you have done and what you have left to do.
Plan ahead. Plan your day ahead, delegate certain hours for certain activities and stick to it….or try to because with children the variables are endless.
Try to allocate time wisely. Remember, it is not just house work and work for pay. Try to allocate quality time to play and be easy with your kids.
Don’t scrimp on your sleep. Sleep is sacred! You are pulling double duty; take time to top up your energy.
The power of multi tasking. Find tasks that can be run at the same time like keeping an eye on one kid while dressing another or folding clothes while running another cycle of dirty clothes. Two for the price of one.
Savor the moment. Don’t be so focused as to miss those tiny moments the kids want your attention even just to see your face, it’s tough but worth it.
Get help: Hey superwoman, don’t try to do it all by yourself, ask for help with the chores. It’s okay to ask for help.
Create boundaries. Remember that children need a firm hand. When it’s time to work, give them a toy to occupy them and tell them you are busy and not to be disturbed.
We hope these tips help you out
