The Twitter Conference may have come and gone but the lessons and impacts will linger till its fruits manifest.
On Friday 6th March, the 7th edition of the Inspiring Change Conference kicked off on Twitter with an impressive record of audience engagement and transformative interactions.
Organized and hosted by the founder of the initiative, Adesunmbo Adeoye, who is a multi-passionate entrepreneur and a Goldman Sachs Scholar, the digital conference which commenced at 8 am, ran its full course till 8 pm.
Featuring powerlifting chat sessions, the speakers unpacked insightful conversations, that borderedaround topical issues in Finance, Technology, Media, Entertainment, Social Entrepreneurship & Food Processing.
The interactive session had in attendance speakers and panelists including; Adesunmbo Adeoye, Osayi Alile, Toyin Abraham, Kemi Lala Akindoju, and Eno Essien, all of whom educated the audience, reeling from their life experiences and field knowledge.
Fuelling the discussions further, speakers; Adenike Oyetunde, Stephanie Busari, and Sola Adesakin,addressing gender parity and the need for change.
Taking to conversation to another level, were other special guest panelist; Bukonla Adebakin Ihotu Eritosin-Gregory and Dr Lois Sanni, discussing the IWD topic: I Am Generation Equality: Realizing women’s rights. It was indeed a voyage of 12hours of inspiration with 12 female panelists.
A highlight worthy of mention was the reiteration of the need for partnerships and collaborations and then refocus on self-building and development. Theplatform also provided an avenue for discussions and sharing of opinions on different fields of human endeavor.
The online community was presented with the opportunity to engage the speakers through the Q & A segment. After bouncing off ideas in conversation-led discussions, the conference concluded with great reviews and feedback from attendees.
The momentum continues with the promise of an exceptional physical conference slated for Saturday (TOMORROW) 14th of March, 2020 at Wisdom Arena, Opposite FCMB Road, Agege, Lagos.
