Though Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, is hardly honoured in her home country -Nigeria, but the former Finance Minister has been drawing some special recognition off across the border; the recent being national honours by President Alassane Ouattara of Cote D’Ivoire and his Liberian counterpart, President Johnson-Sirleaf for her development works in Africa.

The former Minister who served Finance ministry under the administration of President Olusegun Obasanjo and that of Goodluck Jonathan was jointly criticized for the woes of particularly the last administration- Goodluck Jonathan.
