The long drawn out drawn out drama between Peter and Paul Okoye, popularly referred to as PSquare as well as their brother and manager, Jude Engees Okoye has finally come to an end.

The brothers have had a tenuous relationship since their mother died and a break up had been rumored since 2012 but time and time again, they seemed able to work through their differences. The latest spat, seen by many as a poor attempt at publicity began when Peter berated Jude for his management of their brand.

The duo took it a step further when they both released singles, which received little or no airplay and Peter Okoye went ahead to form a new management.

The poorly rehearsed stunt left me cringing for the most part and I’m glad it came to this rather anticlimactic end

So, that marks the end of the yearly episode of ‘Peter and Paul are going solo’, we hope for the sake of originality that they spare us the tedium next year.
