The head coach of Juventus, Masimiliano Allegri has reported agreed to a year deal with Chelsea to become the team’s head coach.
Allegri’s team is currently setting Serie A alight, with an incredible record of 12 straight wins.
Allegri will take over from interim manager Gus Hiddink who was appoointed on a short term basis to replace Jose Mourinho.
The pressure is undoubtedly on many English teams following Guardiola’s agreement with Manchester City. Chelsea have been in the market for a coach since the departure of Mourinho and there’s no doubt Allegri would soothe fears at Stamford Bridge.
