Embattled social network Twitter has witnessed an unfortunate turnaround of sorts, from being the darling of the Tech world to the current reality- falling share prices.
The company has unsuccessfully tried to grow the number of users past a 300 million mark, sometimes adopting unpopular measures.
Stiff competition from Instagram and Snapchat is increasingly putting Twitter’s position in question.
Twitter’s head of media Katie Jacobs Stanton and head of product Kevin Weil are departing the company.
Alex Roetter will also leave the company. It is also believed that Jason Toff, head of Vine, has left as well.
All four departures were reported on Sunday as Twitter is yet to confirm their replacements.
