Aaron Ramsey has become the subject of interest from Barcelona once again, according to the Sunday Express.
The Catalan giants have recently come to the end of a registration embargo, meaning that they can now offer new signings immediate football.
Barca boss Luis Enrique is reportedly a big fan of Ramsey and could spend up to £50million on the Welshman to take him to the Nou Camp.
Arsenal are not believed to be keen on selling the midfielder.
