BASIC PRECAUTIONS TO TAKE IF YOU MUST RESUME TO WORK
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Oh joy! Back to work, back to normal and back to being busy but before you rush back in, here are a few things you should not forget.

  1. Keep you those masks on! The virus isn’t taking a vacation, prevention is always better than cure.

  2. Air out that room/office. Take your time to clean your office, air it out and make sure all dusty areas are cleaned out and aired out properly to avoid congestion of the airways.

  3. Don’t do too much too soon. Remember to slow down, the work has piled up and you are brimming with energy but remember not to overdo.

  4. Eat well and at the appropriate time. A healthy diet is important.

  5. Exercise, don’t forget to keep in motion so as to keep your juices running and to keep your body at optimum levels.

  6. Be on the lookout for updates about health issues in the country

  7. Practice social distancing as much as possible within the confines of the office.

  8. Remember to obey curfew laws (if they exist in your state).

That said, welcome back to the office!
