BURNA BOY BECOMES FIRST AFROBEAT ARTISTE TO SELL OUT THE SSE ARENA IN WEMBLEY, LONDON
It’s few weeks to the end of 2019 but Nigerian singer Burna Boy is not done securing the bags as he became the first Afrobeats artist to sell out the SSE Arena in Wembley, London.
The SSE Arena is said to be London’s iconic concert and events venue, and one of the premier entertainment destinations in the UK.
With 12,500-seat facility, the SSE Arena is described as London’s second-largest indoor arena after The O2 Arena, and the ninth-largest in the United Kingdom.
Amazingly, the ‘Ye’ crooner had a sold out show which took place at the venue in London last night, November 3rd.
International documentary photographer, Michael Tubes shared the good news on his social media page. He also shared beautiful photos from the event.
Burna Boy is no doubt one of the best Afrobeats artistes to come out of Nigeria and his songs are played both in and outside the country.
Congratulations to Burna Boy.
