BellaNaija Weddings & Baileys Nigeria present WONDERLAND! The Video

BBN WONDERLAND

On October 10th, 2015, BellaNaija Weddings and Baileys Nigeria welcomed 33 lucky brides-to-be to WONDERLAND!

BellaNaija Weddings yearned to connect with the brides who are inspired by the romantic images and love stories shared on the platform everyday, and to have its first event in anticipation of BellaNaija’s 10th Year Anniversary in 2016.

Baileys was a natural fit for BellaNaija Weddings to partner with – the brand celebrates women, friendships, and special moments. That was how #BBNWonderland was born!

The team received hundreds of captivating love stories from around the country, and after laughing, crying and connecting with the brides’ stories, 33 brides were selected.

On the wonderful weekend, 12 of the 33 brides-to-be were flown in to Lagos from Abuja, Port Harcourt, Cross River and more. They were escorted in a limo, then treated to a stress-free stay at Four Points by Sheraton, where the enchanted event took place.

On Saturday – 10/10, WONDERLAND arrived. Bovi entertained the beautiful brides, as they played games, won fabulous prizes including spa days, bridal jewelry and selfie sticks. They mixed their own special blends of Baileys cocktails, danced along with their new friends, and asked the celeb newlyweds – OC Ukeje & Osas Ajibade about their concerns. Funke Bucknor-Obruthe of Zapphaire Events & Christine Ogbeh of The Wedding Guru, decorator of the stunning venue, also chatted with the #BBNWonderland brides.

Their day ended with a surprise performance by Banky W!

Seven special prizes included a honeymoon, dresses, a Baileys bar, wedding photography and makeup by Baileys brand ambassador,Banke Meshida-Lawal of BM|Pro.

All brides went home with gold boxes filled with must-have bridal items including earrings, Baileys, cosmetics, discount coupons for holidays, photography, decor, rings and more.

It was indeed a WONDERLAND.
