Marcelo Bielsa asked his players to allow the opposition to score after his team took the lead rather controversially.
Leeds scored after an Aston Villa player went down and his teammates stopped playing, while the Leeds players continued, and scored.
The resulting goal led to medley in the touchline as Aston Villa players and management complained about the goal, which stood as the referee did not stop play.
Bielsa later asked his team to allow Aston Villa to score, and could be heard shouting out the instructions to his players who stood by and watched as Aston Villa pulled the goal back.
The game ended 1-1.
