The world football governing body, FIFA, has found itself embroiled in corruption scandals since the beginning of the year.
FIFA President, Sepp Blatter as well as FIFA Secretary General, Jerome Volcke have been suspended following allegations of corruption.
UEFA President, Michel Platini, has also been incriminated in the scandal.
Two FIFA Vice Presidents have also been detained in Zurich today on suspicion of accepting bribes. Concacaf president Alfredo Hawit and Conmebol president Juan Angel Napout were taken from the Baur au Lac hotel asas the US department of Justice requested their arrest.
The US Department of Justice is carrying out an investigation into various cases of bribery and corruption in FIFA.
