Arsenal playmaker has reiterated that there is no problem between himself and Arsenal manager, Emery and have insisted he is happy to play for Arsenal.
There had been reports of a fall out between the world cup winner and new Arsenal manager, Emery after the later left him out of the squad for the game against West Ham at home.
Emery, in his post match interview after the game said Ozil was left out due to illness, but that didn’t calm the speculations of a rift between both of them.
Ozil has now come out to insist all is fine at the Emirates. Speaking after his 200th appearance for the gunners, where he netted the winning goal, he said:
“I am very happy to play for Arsenal, and especially for the new coach.
“He knows what he wants and the team accepts that we have a good relationship. We score and we are happy, even the players that don’t play, we are all a team.”
