Nollywood sensation, Omowunmi Dada has been cast as the Bride in Nigeria’s Nobel laureate, Wole Soyinka’s critically acclaimed stage play The King’s Horseman (Elesin Oba).

The contemporary adaptation of the award-winning piece is being brought to life by EbonyLife Production. The screenplay is written and directed by Biyi Bandele.

Among other exciting firsts, the screenplay will be the first ever Yoruba Language film to premiere at the Toronto International Film
