Oluwaseun Olakunle Omomeji popularly known as O’cube is a native of Kwara State, Nigeria. He had his primary and secondary education in Lagos State. He is presently a final year student of Ekiti State University (Eksu), studying History and International Relations.
O’cube started his music career in 2008. In 2009, he was signed to Petkus Records along with other artistes. They released the club banging singles – ‘Omoge Timbolo’ and ‘Mo ti Hot’ among other songs. They had videos for the above named songs, directed by Patrick Elis and Akin Alabi respectively. The songs were played on popular music stations in Nigeria and abroad.
After the expiration of his contract with the label in 2011, O’cube went off the stage to face his study. In 2013, he flagged off his new record label ‘Klown Entertainment’. O’cube is now back with his new single “Shawarma Love” in which he featured Prince Banton of the defunct House of Ginger. Listen up and enjoy!
