The former Governor of Lagos state, Babatunde Raji Fashola has come under fire after more revelations of contracts approved during his teure as Lagos state Governor.
Coming barely after official documents showed that he had approved a contract sum of N78.3 million for an upgrade of his personal website, more allegations have surfaced.
In a report of contracts awarded in 2013 and published on the website of the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency, the Lagos state government awarded a contract of N139m for the drilling of two boreholes at the Lagos House, Ikeja. The project was completed by Deux Projects Limited

The same company was also awarded a contract sum of N300m for the relocation of cables belonging to the Power Holding Company of Nigeria at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.
Although Fashola had earlier written a rebuttal letter claiming that all contracts were approved by Lagos State House of Assembly and the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency.
