Former Mananging Director of NNPC, Andrew Yabuku has been remanded in Kuje prison by the Federal High Court in Abuja still the hearing of his bail application on March 21st.
He is being investigated for corruption by the anti-graft EFFC, after $9.8 million was found at his home in Kaduna state on February 10th.
On Thursday, he pleaded not guilty to the charge filed by the EFCC. Justice Ahmed Mohammed then ordered to be remanded in Kuje prison pending the determination of his bail application on March 21st.
