From the look of things, it appears the Grammy winner deactivated her account just to activate it in time for her latest single.
Fresh off her Grammy win for Best Rap Album Cardi B deleted her Instagram account after receiving heavy criticism for winning the award.
In a video posted before she deleted the account, she said: “It’s not my style for people to put other people down to uplift somebody else, that’s not my style and that’s not what I’m with and I don’t support that.
“However, I been taking a lot of shit today, I’m seeing a lot of bullshit today and I saw a lot of shit last night. And I’m sick of this shit. I worked hard for my mother fucking album,” she declared.”
“[People were saying] ‘Cardi got snubbed. Cardi got snubbed’—now this year it’s a fucking problem. My album went two times platinum.”
“[locking] myself in the studio for three months. Some songs couldn’t even get on the fucking album because my nose was so fucking stuffy from my pregnancy,”
