Whle some of us in our 20’s are are busy criticizing the First Family of Hip-Hop – The Carters- their three-year-old Blue Ivy Carter just recorded vocals for Coldplay’s new album.
The toddler is one of many surprise guests on the bands forthcoming LP, A Head Full of Dreams, which also includes, Chris Martin’s ex-wife, Gwyneth Paltrow. She makes an appearance on the song “Everglow,” and his current girlfriend, Annabelle Wallis, is in the album’s choir. How completely normal that is!
Meanwhile, Beyoncé’s close friendship with Martin and Paltrow presumably accounts for Blue Ivy’s presence on the album. “We recorded Blue Ivy Carter in New York when her mom, Beyoncé, was in the studio,” Martin explained.
Martin also disclosed that Beyonce would make an appearance on a record called Hymn for the Weekend while Blue Ivy’s vocals would be heard on the title track.
The album titled A Head Full of Dreams would be out on December 4th.
